By using EzySell, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

EzySell is a business management app for tracking sales, stock, invoices, expenses and profit. It runs in your browser and can work offline, with optional cloud sync when you sign in.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter (prices, stock, sales records, etc.).
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since it controls access to your synced data.
• Use EzySell only for lawful business purposes.

Subscription plans

EzySell offers a free plan, a 30-day trial with full Premium access, and paid plans (Yearly, Lifetime). Paid plan activation is currently arranged directly with the EzySell team. Plan benefits, pricing and duration may change; you will be informed of any change before it affects an active plan you've paid for.

Data & backups

While we take reasonable care to keep your data safe (local storage plus optional cloud sync), you are encouraged to use the built-in Backup (export) feature regularly. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or loss of internet connectivity.

No warranty

EzySell is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EzySell and its team are not liable for indirect or incidental losses (such as lost profit or lost data) arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
