Privacy Policy

EzySell ("we", "our", "the app") is a business management tool for shop owners to track sales, stock, invoices and profit. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account info: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo to identify your account and sync your data across devices.
• Approximate location: when you sign in, we determine your approximate city and country from your IP address (not precise GPS location) for account security and usage insights. This does not require any device permission.
• Business data: the sales, products, invoices, expenses and settings you enter into the app. This is stored to provide the app's core features and is not used for any other purpose.
• App usage errors: if the app crashes or hits an error, a short technical error message may be logged to help us fix bugs. No personal business data is included in these logs.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
• We do not show ads inside the app.
• We do not access your data except to provide support you request, or to keep the service running.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored locally on your device (so the app works offline) and, if you sign in, securely synced to Google Firebase (Firestore) so it's available across your devices. Access is protected — only your signed-in account can read or write your own data.

Data deletion

You can delete your locally stored data anytime from Settings → Data Management. If you've signed in, you can also permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data (your synced business data, your account profile, and your sign-in itself) directly from Settings → Account & Sync → "Delete Account & Cloud Data" — this takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you have trouble with in-app deletion, you can also contact us using the details below.

Third-party services

EzySell uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud sync, and ipwho.is (a free IP-geolocation lookup service) to determine your approximate city and country from your IP address when you sign in. These providers' own privacy policies apply to data processed through their services.

Children's privacy

EzySell is a business tool intended for shop owners and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
